You
You are intelligent, articulate and ambitious. You have experience in working closely with clients to ensure they are delighted with the service that your company offers. They enjoy taking phone calls from you, because you normally have great news for them. Even if when it isn’t great news, you always explain everything in a friendly, approachable manner and the client understands that everything possible is being done to ensure their expectations are met (or exceeded). At the end of calls, client’s often say “I’ve recommended you to my friend – they’ll be calling you soon”.
When working with a team, you have a good sense of humour. You work hard and your colleagues work hard alongside you. Together you are a great team, you meet your deadlines and you’re well rewarded for success.
You sometimes notice things that could be done better - you often find yourself thinking “I wonder why we don’t do it this way” and “I saw something over the weekend that would be great for us to try at work”. You raise your ideas and they are always considered... the good ones are acted upon the others are built upon.

Your job
You’re the Project Manager for Blue Hat Technologies. Your role is essential in ensuring the company achieves its targets – both short and long term. Blue Hat has achieved a great reputation for quality programming and development. But as more and more people want great websites and software, and some of these projects start to get larger, the more important it is that client requirements are managed properly. Blue Hat brought you in to work alongside clients and with the technical team to guide jobs through the whole project lifecycle and delivering on time and budget.
Not to mention ensuring that the process is a smooth, and enjoyable one!
You’re responsible for overseeing projects and ensuring that a client gets exactly what they’ve asked for. You speak to clients regularly and will typically be the first person a client speaks to during a project. You’re helping to build processes that help to ensure we continue deliver the quality we demand as we continue to grow.
