1. Sit down, take your coat off, the kettle's on. The first thing we need to do is ask lots of questions. For starters: what is it you need and why do you need it? What do you want it to do for you? We'll ask you about your ideas and suggest some of our own too.
2. Once we’ve have a good chat about your project and your ideas and we’re happy that we know what you’re looking for, we’ll put a specification together for you.
3. We need to make sure what we’re building is exactly what you need, so we’ll take feedback from you about the specification and tweak it until it’s absolutely right.
4. It’s time to really start on the project with the outline design. We’re going to work out the structure your website or software, plan how everything needs to work, how it’s going to look and make sure it all makes perfect sense to you.
5. Then we'll start work 'under the bonnet' developing and programming, making sure you you'll benefit from the very best technology, built to the very highest standards.
6. It’s important to make sure everything works properly whenever you turn the key, so we’ll test and fine tune everything, before you take it for a test drive.
7. Once you’re happy that it’s ready for you then off you go. You’re in the driving seat – but we’re here to help in case anything does crop up.
